Marc Ravenscroft is a veteran Sales Leader with expertise in leading and promoting revenue growth, profitability, efficiency, client relations, planning and development in the retail software, marketing, recruiting and financial services industries. Leveraging over two decades of professional experience, he builds and facilitates comprehensive business development plans, recruiting campaigns, sales training programs and innovative design thinking strategies. Marc has a proven track record of building territories, managing teams, oversight of budget, delivery of accurate sales forecasts, increasing prospect opportunities and pipeline development. Marc is effective in creating successful strategies for managing the large, complex sale across multiple verticals. He has developed strategic and market planning initiatives that have driven top-line revenue growth his clients. Marc is proficient in C-level contract negotiations, sales presentations and key account management retention. He has a Challenger Sales mentality to influence key decision makers, both internally and externally, identify and articulate value drivers to the customer, and achieve positive results for revenue growth.
Marc is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California and has lived in San Diego for almost 20 years. Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Organizational Studies from The University of California, Davis, while also playing varsity basketball for the Aggies. A sports fanatic, Marc also is an avid golfer and tennis player, and runs a competitive Club Youth Basketball program in La Jolla. Marc spends the majority of his free time with his wife, Heather, supporting and coaching their three children’s educational and extracurricular activities. With a passion for giving back to the community, Marc donates his time to a variety of charitable organizations in the San Diego County.
